This class can be taken online or in person. It is a dynamic Iyengar yoga class, aimed at practitioners with at least one year of experience, who can hold stable Sirsasana and Sarvangasana for at least five minutes and who have established a regular and independent practice. The work will be more demanding than in a general level class and the Iyengar asanas are studied in more detail.

This is the best Yoga Course if you want to strengthen and progress in your practice.

In this online Iyengar yoga class, we focus on a different theme each week. From head to toes, from the core to the periphery, we practice Iyengar yoga asana to find physical and mental balance thanks to the teachings of BKS Iyengar. Join every Tuesday to discover all this, and if you enjoy it, you can even come back in the evening! Make a habit out of your yoga practice. Beginners to Iyengar Yoga are welcome.
