Happy Hips Workshop

The hips are central to almost everything we do, walking, sitting, standing, moving through postures. And yet they are one of the most neglected areas in a general yoga class.

This focused two-hour session gives the hips the attention they deserve. We will work through a carefully sequenced Iyengar Yoga practice that addresses tightness, asymmetry, and the relationship between the hips and the lower back and knees.

You will not just practise. You will understand what you are doing and why, so the work continues long after you leave the mat.
