The spine is at the centre of everything: posture, breath, balance, and the quiet sense of ease we either carry or chase. In this session, we will explore how to create genuine length and freedom — not through effort, but through intelligence and breath. Inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli and guided by the principles of Iyengar Yoga.
