Spine & Neck Workshop
The spine and neck sit at the centre of everything we do, and everything we feel. They affect how we breathe, how we hold ourselves, and the quality of ease or tension we carry through the day.
In this closing workshop of the series, we will explore the spine not as something to stretch or correct, but as something to understand deeply. Drawing on the Iyengar tradition and the insight of Vanda Scaravelli, whose work on breath and spinal freedom remains some of the most profound in the yoga world, we will find a way to bend safely, to move with grace, and to return, always, to ease.
Whether you have attended the previous workshops or are joining for the first time, you will leave with something real.
What you will explore
- How breath creates length and freedom in the spine
- Releasing habitual tension in the neck and upper back
- Safe, supported backbending and spinal extension
- Integrating spinal awareness into everyday posture and movement
- Yoga as support for pain caused by different ailments
