The Body Awareness Series
Each workshop in this series addresses a distinct region of the body: the hips, the knees, the spine and neck, but they are not separate conversations. They are chapters in the same story.
The hips inform the knees. The knees inform the pelvis. The pelvis informs the spine. The spine holds the breath. When you attend all three, you do not just learn about three areas of the body, you begin to understand how the whole body communicates with itself.
What's included
- Happy Hip Workshop. Release, stabilise and mobilise the hips — 16 May
- Happy Knee Workshop. Understand and support the knees with intelligence — 13 June
- Spine & Neck Workshop. Find length, breath, and freedom through the spine — 4 July
- Home Practice for each session. A clear sequence to continue working in your own time
The transformation the full series offers
By the end of the three workshops, participants will have moved through the entire structure of the body with attention, care, and growing awareness. They will carry tools, not just for the mat, but for how they sit at a desk, carry a bag, or walk through a park.
This is the difference between a workshop and a practice. The series creates the conditions for a practice.
Why booking the pack offers more value
- A saving of £9 versus booking individually, a quiet, meaningful reward for commitment.
- The workshops build on each other, even if each stands alone.
- Committing to the series means committing to yourself, not just a single Saturday.
- The experience of continuity is itself part of the learning.
