Move Better from the Ground Up
Three Workshops · One Connected Journey.
A series of in-person Iyengar Yoga workshops. Together we explore how intelligent movement creates greater stability, freedom and thus confidence for life.
Our bodies work as one connected system. Healthy movement begins with strong roots, travels through the legs, and supports the spine. Join this three-part workshop series to feel that connection through the precision of Iyengar Yoga asanas.
Whether you're managing stiffness, recovering from injury, or wanting to move more freely, these workshops will give you practical tips to apply immediately.

Workshop 3 — Soul in the Soles

A personal invitation
Teaching has shown me that no two bodies are the same. Each of us arrives with our own history, habits and experiences. My role is not to ask your body to conform to an ideal shape, but to help you discover a way of practising that is intelligent, safe and appropriate for you.
Whether this is your first experience of Iyengar Yoga, or you've been practising for many years, I would be delighted to welcome you for a morning of careful exploration, thoughtful practice and shared learning.
I hope you'll leave not only moving with greater ease but looking at your body with fresh curiosity and renewed confidence.
